How does a community serve as a “cultural interface” to mediate communication with computer?

Nowadays we can't avoid using of different devices. The main thing is do not forget about the communication. Cultural interface is connected with speech, exchange with different people, dialogues, discussions. How do not loose it?  Computers with Internet helped to create Interaction communication, do it very fast, easy and develop the "cultural interface". Now it is very easy to find out your family tree and information about relatives. Even if something happened somewhere (even your own private problem) in society we can very fast spread this information.  In this case social network helping to people a lot. We have interaction in our hand and that was invented by people. We have a power and are able to develop our intercultural interface even at home!
